Arizona Golf Resort was privileged to host our second wine dinner, this time with a feature region of Northern California. For a sold-out crowd, our executive chef, Jay Culp prepared five exquisite courses, each paired with a unique wine.
Our guests enjoyed a chilled seafood platter, lobster salad, pork New York steak, beef wellington, and banana crème brûlée. The food was amazing! However, the highlight of the night was enjoying the wonderful wine that accompanied each course.
Everyone had a wonderful time is and is looking forward to our next wine dinner, which will be on Friday, June 25 at 6:00 pm and will feature Italian wines and cuisine. We hope to see you there!
